1.Search Jobs and Apply
Experienced professionals: Find your fit from "Job Search" and submit your resume according to instruction.
2.Resume Screening
Your education history, exam results, work experience, honors, certifications, dental skill competence, language and other skills as well as motivation for applying to Smilden will all be considered when we screen your resume.
We will inform suitable candidates by phone and arrange interview schedule. If we don't have suitable vacancies for you at the moment, we will put your information in database for future contact.
3.Interview
You may be invited to one or more interviews based on the job requirement and the interview result.
Prior to the interview, we will also arrange you to take a case execrise if the position you would apply is dental technician relative.
After interview, we will notify adequate candidates of the next step through phone or email.
